Spaghetti Parmigiano e Pepe with Laudemio Frescobaldi
Recently, Laudemio Frescobaldi collaborated with Marco Stabile, a Michelin star chef who has won awards for his love of cooking with high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is one of two recipes that he created using Laudemio Frescobaldi.
Harvest Report July '21
By July the olive groves have been prepared for the Autumn harvest; the trees have been pruned and the flowers (mignola) have appeared. These flowers, now being pollinated, are the basis of the tiny nascent olives.
Almond Cake with Colonna Granverde Oil
This is a delicious recipe for an almond cake traditionally made using Colonna Granverde Oil, but equally delicious with another of her citrus oils.
