We have been adamant that this is not the year to add a new supplier to our list, but Sindyanna of Galilee was the one to change our mind. A female-led non-profit organisation that follows Fair Trade principals and channel all of their profits back into Arab women's education. They work hard to bridge cultural divides, encourage sustainable agricultural methods and support organic farming.
Alongside other local organisations, they transformed a derelict firing range and created an organic olive grove. Here, by combining sustainable cultivation with modern techniques, they produce the award winning Extra Peaceful Olive Oil which are delighted to now offer to our mail order and wholesale customers.
