Mymoune Zaatar

Made from a blend of wild thyme, sesame seeds and sumac, Zaatar is a tasty and intense seasoning that is delicious mixed with olive oil and used as a dip for warm pita bread, or to finish a myriad of dishes: it is particularly good sprinkled over baked or fried eggs, or rubbed into a leg of lamb before roasting.
