Villa Manodori Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Certified organic, Villa Manodori's organic balsamic vinegar starts with reducing organically grown Trebbiano grapes, and blending the must with organic Chianti grapes. The blend is left to age in wooden barrels, and the result is a flavour and texture that is rustic and utterly traditional.
