Villa Manodori Balsamic DOP Affinato

For a balsamic to be designated a Balsamic Vinegar from Modena D.O.P Affinato, it must be aged in a barrel for no less that 12 years. The process results in a colour, density, and aroma that is only possible with time. With a lively acidity and pungent fragrance, we suggest pairing with strawberries and vanilla ice cream, or adding a few drops onto warm risotto.
