Villa Manodori Balsamic Artiginale

Made from Trebbiano grape must and red wine vinegar, Villa Manodori's Balsamic Artiginale is aged for nine years in a series of wooden barrels. A rich, syrupy texture with balanced sweet and tart notes, it is ideal for drizzling over risottos, pairing with hard or soft cheeses, or to add a tartness to strawberries.
