With only 50 bottles produced annually, La Vecchia Dispensa's 100 Year Riserva is the producer's signature taste: the oak and chestnut woods impart smoky toasted notes which are balanced by sweetness from mulberry wood. Made using the oldest barrels in the Acetaia, just a few drops is enough to elevate any dish.
