Vecchia Dispensa Tradizionale 2nd Quality Balsamic Vinegar

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is graded by the jury of the Consorzio of Modena, and has to be bottled in their regulation flask, which is guaranteed with their seal. These fall under the strictest PDO regulations. The second quality is thick and complex, bettered only by the first quality. The family recommend using these vinegars with hot dishes, to bring our their fragrant aroma.

Comes packed in the Consorzio's special boxes with an informative leaflet.
