Tamia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Tamia estate in Lazio consists of over 2,500 trees, and the family have been deeply involved in promoting and improving agricultural development in the region since the 1920s. The rich volcanic soil is full of minerals particularly suited to olive growing, and the high levels of polyphenols found in Tamia are a testimony to the quality of the olives produced there.

ORGANIC 

A blend of 50% Leccino, 40% Frantoio and 10% Maurino Olives.

Delicious on steak, as a finishing oil for roasted vegetables, with bruschetta or simply drizzled over fresh pasta and parmesan.
