Tamia

Tamia

The Tamía Estate is located in Tuscia, a little region to the north of Rome. Its rich volcanic soil is full of minerals particularly suited to olive growing, and the high levels of polyphenols found in Tamía are a testimony to the quality of the olives produced there. The farm consists of over 2,500 trees (some of which are more than 100 years old) and the family have been deeply involved in promoting and improving agricultural development in the region since the 1920s. They were also one of the first in Tuscia to convert to organic farming.
