A L'Olivier Xerez Sherry Vinegar PDO

A L'Olivier's Sherry Vinegar de Xerez is the perfect addition to sweet and sour sauces - this works perfectly well on duck breast marinated in Chinese five spice. It also makes a delicious simple salad dressing and is a useful ingredient to many Spanish dishes.
