Colonna Rose of Mary (Rosemary) Oil

This oil has an incredibly lively and aromatic aroma, as if the bottle is full of crushed rosemary leaves. Its powerful rosemary flavour continues in the mouth, where the oil's complexity and beautiful balance last long after swallowing. 
Use with robust flavours which are well-matched with the oil's intensity - delicious with lamb or in a marinade for beef, or sprinkled over potatoes before roasting.
