Provencal Herb Oil Tin

This aromatic Provencal Herb Oil can be used as a dressing for an artichoke heart salad; mix with the artichokes, some Bresola and some parmesan shavings for a light summer starter. It also is useful as an emulsifier when making a herb crust in which to marinade red meat or a leg of lamb, for example.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 97%,natural extracts of thyme, marjoram 1% and rosemary 1%.
