Giusti Porcini Glaze

Mellow with a rich porcini flavour this glaze is excellent drizzled over a pizza or savoury tart.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose and fructose syrup, dried porcini mushrooms powder (Boletus edulis) 0,3%, modified corn starch, flavour. Contains sulphites. For allergens, see ingredients listed in bold.
