Smoked Olive Oil
To create this Smoked Oil, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is submitted to a cold smoking, the smoke being produced from pine cones from the Montseny area of Catalonia. This gives a soft light flavour to the Arbequina Oil - it enhances it rather than overpowers it.
Use on potatoes, green salads and over red meat or shellfish for a subtle wood-fired finish.
