Le Dolcezze di Nanni Torta Floriana Orange & Hazelnut

Le Dolcezze di Nanni are wonderful producers of traditional Tuscan biscuits. 

Using traditional methods, delicious soft cakes are cooked in a copper pot and left to rest until cold. Similar to the process of Panforte, but with different combinations of dried and candied fruit: Orange and Hazelnut, Figs and Walnuts, Figs, Almonds and Citron. This Orange & Hazelnut Floriana is exceptionally festive: enjoy with a cup of tea or a glass of sherry.

Ingredients: candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar) 32%, whole hazelnuts 28% sugar, wheat flour, honey, mixed spices (coriander, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, mace, pimento), wafers (potato starch, water, sunflower oil). May contain traces of: milk, eggs, soya, other nuts, mustard
