Handcrafted on the Ben Romdane family estate, KAÏA is the result of over five generations of dedication to olive cultivation in the central-eastern region of Mahdia, Tunisia. Produced from organic Chemlali olives and harvested at the perfect level of ripeness, this oil strikes the perfect balance between bold and smooth flavours, with vegetal and nutty notes and a subtle peppery finish. Founder Sarah Ben Romdane’s third great-grandfather was the first Tunisian to export local olive oil to the United States, and in 2020, she made the decision to honour her family by continuing their legacy of producing providing quality Tunisian oil to the world.
