Giusti Mini Panettone

Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena. 

Crafted from Giusti's classic recipe, their new miniature Panettone is made with their 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar, used both in the dough and to macerate the raisins.  Delicate sweet-and-sour notes, aromatic richness, and an exceptionally soft texture, all wrapped in a perfect bite-sized package. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, raisins 17%, egg yolk, butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), minced candied black cherry (ground cherries, glucose and fructose syrup, sugar), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3,8% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulphites), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, inverted sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, natural flavour. May contain soy, nuts and mustard.
