D'Orazio Marea Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A perfect harmony of local Puglian olive varieties—Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona, and Nociara—results in a light fruity oil, with vegetal notes of freshly cut green grass, oregano, and fresh almonds. On the palate, there is a slight bitterness and pepper on the finish.

We recommend this oil for drizzling over boiled potatoes, pairing with soft white cheeses, or for finishing roasted vegetables.
