Olio d'Uliva - Cultus Boni Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The producer's house oil, Cultus Boni, was produced for the first time in 1962 and is a blend of olives grown on the estate, along with some which are brought in from neighbouring farms. 

Tasting Notes:

It is typically Tuscan in style, with robust and verdant aromas of rocket, sorrel and a touch of mint, all balanced by a fine peppery finish. 

Serving Suggestions:

A great oil to drizzle over pecorino cheese, soups, bread or grilled meats and vegetables.
