Crema di Oliva Nera Piccante
Based in the Northern Italian town of Cuneo, Piedmont, La Favorita Fish started making their delicious pastes and sauces just after the end of the Second World War. Today, they are making them in much the same way as they were back then—using only the finest Italian ingredients, and never any additives or colouring agents.
This black olive paste has a little chilli pepper. It has numerous uses, from being an enriching ingredient in a tomato sauce to a dip for vegetables or bread sticks. Spread over crostini and top with tomatoes and rocket for an easy starter.
Ingredients: Black olives (60%), olive oil, chilli, sea salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid.
