Giusti Classic Balsamic Glaze

Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena. 

Their classic balsamic glaze is mellow and sweet, and pairs wonderfully drizzled over a caprese salad.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose and fructose syrup, modified corn starch, flavour. Contains sulphites. For allergens, see ingredients listed in bold.

Keep the bottle in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature. Keep it refrigerated after opening.
