Black Truffle Mustard
A L'Olivier have added this striking mustard to their range of stone jars. They have blended the black truffle Tuber Melanosporum (affectionately called the Black Diamond of Périgord in France) with the best Dijon mustard to make a condiment that is a fabulous accompaniment for meat; especially good with steak, it also makes a luxurious ham sandwich!
