Alziari Herbes de Provence

Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store.

Bright pouches of Provence: the classic herb mixture ready-made and packed with the flavours of the south of France. Mix with extra virgin olive oil to make a roast chicken, sprinkles over new potatoes, or as a marinade when pan-frying fresh trout.

Ingredients: Rosemary, savory, marjoram, thyme, and basil.
