Gros Sel de Guérande

This coarse salt from Guérande is hand-harvested in summer using traditional methods on the Guérande peninsula in the south of Brittany. Naturally grey and entirely unprocessed, it is perfect for seasoning steak or salt-crusting fish before baking.
