Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store.
Their Garlic Olive Oil is made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural garlic extract to create a pungent flavoured oil that pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables or by itself with fresh crusty bread.
