Yellow Label Balsamic Vinegar
This is the equivalent of the old ‘10 Year Old’ Balsamic Vinegar. Getting slightly thicker and more complex every year, this is a great choice if you want something a little richer than the Red Label. Drizzle over a steak near the end of cooking, or make a quick balsamic reduction and have with fresh figs or an orange salad. Its lovely sweetness is balanced by a subtle acidity at the finish; these vinegars linger in the mouth and have a wonderfully well-developed flavour.
