Marsala Red Wine Vinegar
Marsala Red Wine Vinegar made from the Grillo and Cataratto grapes that are also found in Marsala wine. The boiled grape must is carefully blended before being left to rest in wooden barrels for at least four years. With a fragrance and sweetness that resonates with balsamic, use with Ravida oil to make a delicious salad dressing, or sprinkle over grilled or roasted meats or mature parmesan cheese. It works beautifully with the Ravida Lemon Oil over fresh greens or on avocado and tomatoes.
