Alziari Organic Pauline Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store. 

Pressed from varieties harvested while still green, this flavoursome oil is ideal for salads, tomatoes and cooked vegetables.

This blended Pauline oil has a smooth texture, with flavours of fresh meadow hay and some black pepper on the finish.
