Alziari Anchoiade

Alziari have recently re-branded their delicious jars of pastes. They are now decorated with the producer's distinctive gold star and traditional Provencal-style illustrations.

This Anchoiade is a delicious and salty French paste of anchovies and olive oil. Use on toasted bread as a canape or as a dip for crudites.
