Mymoune Rose Syrup

The intense reduction of rose petals, sugar and fresh lemon juice which make the rose syrup is only produced when the petals are at their most fragrant, at the end of Spring. This makes a lovely drink when diluted.

Ingredients: Rose petals, sugar, fresh lemon juice.
