Vechia Dispensa Tradizionale Balsamic Vinegar PDO

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is graded by the jury of the Consorzio of Modena, and has to be bottled in their regulation flask, which is guaranteed with their seal. These fall under the strictest PDO regulations. The family recommend using these vinegars with hot dishes, to bring our their fragrant aroma.

Comes packed in the Consorzio's special boxes with an informative leaflet. 

Aged for a minimum of 25 years in a set of precious wooden battels called Batteria.
