In Italy, balsamic jelly is served as a traditional accompaniment to cheese. Now, Simone from La Vecchia Dispensa, has created three new flavoured of this classic accompaniment: cherry, berry and rosé. 130g.

Classic, Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP [cooked grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites)] 52%, grapes sugar, gelling agent: pectin. 

Rose, Ingredients: Rose Condiment [concentrated grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites)] 54%, grapes sugar, wine vinegar, gelling agent: pectin.

Cherry, Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP [cooked grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites)] 46%, grapes sugar, concentrated cherry juice 10.4%, gelling agent: pectin, natural cherry aroma. 

Berry, Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP [cooked grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites)] 47%, grapes sugar, concentrated strawberry juice 15%, concentrated blueberry juice 5%, gelling agent: pectin, blueberry natural aroma.
