Alziari Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store.
Their Nicoise-style extra virgin olive oil is mild and delicate, making it ideal for finishing dishes, but also in light vinaigrettes or for making a fresh mayonnaise.

The oil has a rich, buttery texture, with gentle flavours of ripe avocado and banana and some creamy almond notes on the finish.
