Summer Salad with Colonna Rose Oil

This salad is perfect for the Summer. Light and refreshing and very simple. 


Watermelon, cut into bite size chunks

Giant Cous Cous 

Handful of fresh mint, torn

Feta, crumbled into pieces

Lemon Juice

Colonna Rose Olive Oil

Pomegranate Molasses




Mix together the cous cous, watermelon, feta, torn mint in a bowl.

Create a dressing with the rose oil, pomegranate molassses and sumac. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

combine and serve.

Ravinder Bhogal's recipe, suggests lightly soaking the watermelon with rose water and adding pistachios as a finishing crunch.
