Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena.

Giusti’s Two Gold Medal balsamic vinegar is dense and rich, with a pleasantly sweet raisin-like flavour. It has an excellent balance between sweet and sour and is a wonderful vinegar which has been made to the same family recipe since the beginning.

Add a splash to your Bloody Mary, or drizzle over a grilled peach and burrata salad for the perfect Sunday Brunch.
