The Vecchia Dispensa Organic Balsamic Vinegar is made from local Modenese certified organic grapes. Their 'Gold' Organic label is incredibly dense Aged in oak barrels, it has complex notes of oak, vanilla, and dried fruits like figs and raisins. This vinegar is perfect for finishing dishes--Simone of La Vecchia Dispensa recommends pairing it with aged cheeses.
