2025 Harvest Tasting Notes:

There are unmistakable notes of tomato vine on the aroma alongside complex green and leafy notes. The tomato continues on the taste with notes of fresh green tomatoes skin, wild herbs, green pepper, artichoke, and rocket. A long, complex, finish rounds all of the flavours harmoniously together, finishing with white pepper.

This is a very versatile olive oil, but particularly wonderful with all things tomato: gazpacho, a simple pasta al pomodoro, even a tomatini!
