Made with 100-percent organic Tonda Iblea olives from Chiaramonte Gulfi in southern Sicily, Spedalotto's monovarietal olive oil is a multi-award winning oil.

Amongst other awards this year Tonda Iblea secured its 5th Gold Star in the New York International Olive Oil competition.

2025 Harvest Tasting Notes:

There are unmistakable notes of tomato vine on the aroma alongside complex green and leafy notes. The tomato continues on the taste with notes of fresh green tomatoes skin, wild herbs, green pepper, artichoke, and rocket. A long, complex, finish rounds all of the flavours harmoniously together, finishing with white pepper.
