A L'Olivier Passion Fruit Fruit Vinegar

These fruit pulp vinegars have endless uses; with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, they are bursting with fresh flavour. The texture is fairly viscous, which means that they work well reduced down after deglazing a pan, in a salad dressing, or even over ice-cream.  

The tangy and aromatic passion fruit vinegar makes an ideal marinade for scallop or mackerel sashimi, and can also be used over cooked fish in place of fresh lemon juice. It is divine with crab salad. 

Ingredients: Alcohol vinegar 8° 42,5%, passion fruit pulp 40%, granulated sugar, thickener: apple pectin. Contains sulphites. For allergens, see ingredients listed in bold.

Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
