The natural essential oil of chilli is infused in the Colonna extra virgin olive oil to make this fiery oil. Medium-spicy, it works brilliantly on pasta dishes - chilli and garlic for example, or simply with spaghetti and tomato sauce. Peperoncino oil is also great over rice, noodle dishes, and in seafood salads.
