Valdueza Perales

This is a lovely oil from the Marques de Valdueza estate in Western Spain. It is a wonderfully vibrant oil, with a verdant aroma of fresh green olives, apple peel and fresh grass. This continues in the mouth with a growing bitterness reminiscent of radicchio. More green olive aftertaste after swallowing.

It is very versatile; use it for cooking or for finishing food.
