Herbes de Provence Oil

Attractive bottles with pieces of flavouring suspended inside for visual effect. A L’Olivier re-released these, replacing the former ingredients with higher quality versions and printing their origins on the bottle. Wonderfully authentic and richly-flavoured oils. Use for marinades, or to dress pizza and pastas.

This fresh and vibrantly herby oil has many uses, but is especially good as a way of finishing soups, or drizzled over a mild soft cheese such as burrata. Also delicious with barbecued meats. Made using thyme, rosemary, lavender, and marjoram. 

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 96%, provencal herbs (thyme and rosemary), 2 % natural extract of thyme.
