Green Label Balsamic Vinegar
The Green Label vinegar (previously called 15 Year Old), has yet more sweetness to it - but it is never sticky - and is perfectly balanced with a musty, complex acidity; this makes it useful in both dressings and cooking. Bursting with sweet cherry and raisin flavours, with an underlying richness imparted through notes of cedar. The vinegar has achieved a great depth of flavour—deglaze a steak pan with it and a little stock or water for a beautiful gravy. Also unsurpassable with ripe figs and Parma ham.
