Garlic Oil

Attractive bottles with pieces of flavouring suspended inside for visual effect. A L’Olivier re-released these, replacing the former ingredients with higher quality versions and printing their origins on the bottle. Wonderfully authentic and richly-flavoured oils. Use for marinades, or to dress pizza and pastas.

A really garlicy, pungent oil, which works brilliantly as a marinade for meats before roasting, in aioli, or over roasted vegetables such as potatoes. 

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 94%, garlic 5%, natural extract of pink garlic from Lautrec 1%.
