Colonna's Organic oil is a blend of a number of different varieties of olive grown in certified groves on the estate.

Tasting Notes:

This fruity blend has a pungent aroma of wet salad leaves and fresh grass. On the palate there are notes of fresh cos lettuce with some hints of green olives, tapering into a rounded finish with some black pepper spiciness.
