Campo Corto IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
On the steep sweeping hills high in the valley overlooking the Arno Valley sits the groves which produce Campo Corto. Many different olives are grown across the 18 hectares of land here, but it is the Frantoio variety which exclusively makes this exceptional oil of which only 3,000 bottles are produced annually.
The taste is grassy with hints of artichoke and aromatic herbs and the bitter almond and spicy peppery finish. This oil is characteristically Tuscan in style.
