Campo Corto IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Campo Corto grove, planted at an altitude of 450 meters in the pristine environments of the Badia forests, has been under organic cultivation since 1999. It is planted exclusively with the traditional Tuscan Frantoio olive variety. The olives are pressed on the day they are picked and make an oil which is emerald green in colour with an intense aroma.
The taste is grassy with hints of artichoke and aromatic herbs and the bitter almond and peppery finish is classically Tuscan.
