Blue Label Balsamic Vinegar
The Rolls Royce of Balsamic Vinegar, the Blue Label—once labelled as ‘20 Year Old’ —is thicker, sweeter and very moreish! Aged over a long period in the wooden barrels of the family’s battery, the vinegar has a dense yet fragrant flavour, enriched by the different woods in which it has rested over its lifespan.
Try drizzled over slithers of Parmesan with an aperitif, or, to release its heady aroma, drizzle over warm food such as a simple risotto.
