Lemon & Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This wonderful lemon oil is made by pressing ripe lemons with the olives at harvest. It is zesty and fresh, with an uplifting aroma that will transport you straight to the lemon groves of Sicily. The oil works very well over rich shellfish such as crab, or as an addition to a fresh mayonnaise, and makes an excellent salad dressing. Also very good with cooked meats such as roast chicken, or with beef tartare.
