Toasted Hazelnut Oil
This hazelnut oil is especially good over roasted root vegetables such as squash. A L'Olivier recommends it over Jerusalem artichoke soup.
Nut oils don't have the natural antioxidants that olive oils do, so please keep this in the fridge once opened to preserve the flavour.
