Sesame Seed Oil
Sesame Seed Oil is a classic ingredient to stir-fries and many other Asian-inspired dishes - scallop sashimi is one of our favourites, with a little soy sauce, chilli and some coriander. This is a sweeter recipe than a toasted sesame oil, making it a versatile ingredient for dressing steamed vegetables and salads too.
Nut oils don't have the natural antioxidants that olive oils do, so please keep this in the fridge once opened to preserve the flavour.
